Return/Exchange Policy 

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. If you are unhappy with a product, please do not hesitate to reach out, and we will do everything we can to make it right. We stand by our gear and our commitment to the community to provide quality products designed in Vancouver, B.C. Each package is packed with care and inspected to ensure only perfect products are sent out. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at island.life.apparel.co@gmail.com. Island Life Apparel Inc. wants everyone to be happy with their purchase. If a shirt does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for another size at one of our pop-up shops in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

If you are not located in Vancouver, B.C. and you would like to exchange a shirt for a different size or colour, please email us and we will find the best way to make it right! 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received a refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
