Shipping policy

This is a small one-person operation, and I work full time as a secondary school teacher. If you live within the greater Vancouver Area, you can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. We will always endeavour to mitigate the use of bulky packaging and motor vehicles to keep our carbon-footprint as low as possible. For local delivery you may receive your order via bike courier or on a weekly 'milk-run' where multiple orders are delivered on the same trip. We do offer order fulfilment through third-party partnerships, however we prefer to deliver our parcels in the most environmentally conscious and sustainable means. We will still offer non-contact delivery and ensure your anonymity is protected. If you are more comfortable receiving your item through a third party fulfillment partner such as Canada Post, then please indicate so when placing your order, and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request. We will always provide shipping updates regardless of your preferred delivery method, and for deliveries outside of The Lower Mainland, we will use third-party partners to fulfill your order and provide tracking and shipping details when available. We truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding.
